Denis Goodchild

Denis is an executive coach and an organisational change agent.  He works with passion, sensitivity and humour, specialising in one-to-one and team coaching within a commercial environment. He has over 10 years experience working cross-culturally, five of which were in a multinational FTSE-100 environment.

Denis is currently conducting research on "factors that make an excellent coach" and is in the final stages of his MBA at Henley Management College.

Particular skill areas
Denis is a qualified coach and member of the International Coach Federation.  His areas of expertise include leadership, presence, team effectiveness, performance, communication and influence.  He speaks fluent Turkish, has a good working knowledge of Spanish and conversational French.
