Matthew Trustman
Matthew is a senior lecturer at Roehampton University in London and he works as a coach, facilitator, learning consultant and therapist in the education, public and commercial sectors.
Matthew holds a Masters degree in drama therapy; his Master’s research was on the use of drama therapy to support corporate senior management during a merger and acquisition programme. Matthew retains a significant interest in the aesthetics of organisations and the role the arts can play in supporting management and employees. His recent commercial projects have involved re-branding and business development for businesses. He continues to practice as a drama therapist with teachers, pupils and parents.

Course development and group facilitation. Supporting organisational change through the arts. Professional development coaching. Matthew is undertaking PhD research into internal re-branding.
